This is our ambulance fabrication body works bay.
What you expect to be done on a locally used wagon that needs to be converted or re-fabricated to an ambulance;
Dent checking
Panel alignment
Panel beating
Spray painting
This usually takes 7 days before the conversion process would take its course.
Major stages of the conversation process
Electrical wiring- this provides a conversion of DC power to AC POWER, this will provide a 240v output at the sockets for powering all medical equipment.....
The DC powering aids in fixtures for siren system, strobe lights, interior lights in the patient compartment, intercom system and sink pump
CNC and joinery works- at this stage the CNC aids in providing cuts in our water proof boards for the partition of the operator cabin from the patient compartment, drug cabinets, roofing and the flooring works.
Metal works- this includes activities around amenities mountings like stretcher ramp, LHS side bench, nurse seat, siren mountimg bar, front nudge bar, body lining metal guard. (All these are done as per Kebs and ntsa guidelines.
Medical equipment- we install medical equipment that define the level of ambulance to either BLS or ACLS.
