PIN 3: Manufacturer discretion. Ford DCL(+) Argentina, Brazil (pre OBD-II) 1997–2000, USA, Europe, etc. Chrysler CCD Bus(+) Ethernet TX+ (Diagnostics over IP)
PIN 4: Chassis ground
PIN 5: Signal ground
