Today, we joined the Nairobi City County Government and the Ministry of Health in marking World Diabetes Day under this year’s theme: ‘Diabetes and the Workplace.’ The event was hosted at Lang’ata Prisons, beginning with a vibrant awareness procession through the community.

As Janice Hospital, we were honoured to support the day’s mission by offering cervical cancer screening — reinforcing that chronic disease awareness is strongest when we address it together. One event, one team, many health challenges… but one goal: a healthier Kenya.

A Sunday of service, smiles, and impact! 💙

Janice Hospital, in partnership with Kilimani Springs SDA Church, held a successful free medical camp on 26th October 2025 — offering free consultations, cancer screening, HPV vaccination, and specialized services in optical, dental, nutrition, paediatrics, Nutrition, Orthopaedic, urology and physiotherapy.

We thank the church organizing committee led by Elder Machera and Sister Linette Makori, our dedicated medical team from Janice Hospital, medical volunteers from the church and specialists — Dr Monda (Urologist), Dr. Keengwe (Paediatrician), Dr. Oroko (Orthopaedic Surgeon), and Dr. Maranga (Gynae-Oncologist) — for their selfless service. 🙏

A day of impact and hope!
Janice Hospital, in partnership with The Memusi Foundation under the “See the Child” initiative, successfully held a free medical camp for street children at St. John Community Centre, Pumwani. 💙

The camp offered free consultations, health education, cancer screening, and voluntary HPV vaccinations – all aimed at giving vulnerable children access to the healthcare they deserve.
