What are your favorite snacks? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I snack quite often, but my snacks aren’t food-related.

Besides my regular exercise routine of 3–5 days a week, I’m an enthusiast of short bursts of movement known as .

Below are a few ways I incorporate exercise ‘snacks’:

1️⃣ I often run up 4 flights of stairs, but when my energy is low, I climb them briskly instead. I habitually choose the stairs over the lift unless I’m carrying a heavy load.

2️⃣ After meals, I pace or engage in physical activity for at least 10 minutes. This lowers post-meal blood sugar.

3️⃣ Since prolonged sitting is harmful, I break it up by moving around or stretching my legs and arms every hour.

4️⃣ When I’m unable to do a full workout 🏋🏾‍♀️, I incorporate small bursts of structured exercise—like squat jumps, burpees, or jumping lunges—as a brief form of .

📌 Vigorous Intermittent Lifestyle Physical Activity (VILPA) are bursts of exercise that:
* Raise your heart rate
* Last up to a few minutes
* Are scattered throughout the day
* Are not part of a single, long workout session

Is your gut sending you SOS signals? 🚩

It’s never too late to make better dietary choices, and today we’re zooming in on the real key player: Dietary Fiber.

And no, I don’t mean the kind that comes in a tub or a pill. 💊
We’re talking about fiber in its “natural habitat”—whole foods!

Why the “Whole” Story Matters:
Supplements are okay, but they lack the “Fiber Matrix.”
When you eat whole plants, you aren’t just getting fiber; you’re getting a powerhouse package of polyphenols, vitamins, and minerals that work together to keep you thriving.

⚠️: Don’t go from 0 to 100 overnight.

Increasing fiber too fast can lead to some... explosive 💨 bloating and gas.
Take it slow and drink plenty of water to keep things moving smoothly!

Good personal hygiene is essential not a luxury.

Bad breath (halitosis) and bad body odor, although socially undesirable, are not uncommon and should be addressed.

1️⃣. Dental hygiene:
👉🏾 People should brush thoroughly—reaching the back teeth—and not forget to brush their tongue. 👉🏾 Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
👉🏾 It is important to visit the dentist regularly.

2️⃣. Bathe daily and change into fresh undergarments and clothing

3️⃣. Wash and dry your feet properly. If the odor persists, please seek medical help.
👉🏾 Wear clean, dry socks—cotton blends are ideal for daily comfort, while moisture-wicking materials are best for active use.

4️⃣. Seeeeeeester, it’s been weeks since water and shampoo mingled with your scalp 🫣!
👉🏾 wash your hair, wig, weave or whatever’s on your head.

5️⃣. Finally, don’t get too close (unless you’re intimate partners 🫣); maintaining some space is also a healthy habit.

👉🏾 If the odor persists, please seek medical help to get checked for any underlying condition.

For me it’s mostly ranges from 35-45 minutes depending on time and the intensity of the workout.

If you only have 30 minutes, isolation curls are a waste of time. Change your mind. 👇🏾

1️⃣. Time-Saving: you can achieve a full-body workout in a shorter period of time hence increasing efficiency.
