Paul’s Tropical Fitness is an outdoor fitness training company.

Our target clientele includes men and women who desire to be fit both physically and mentally through a total lifestyle change with the help of an experienced physical fitness trainer.

Currently our target market include those residing in Westlands, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Valley Arcade and Karen.

We offer personal customized training as per a client’s specific requests which are held during our off peak hours between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. In addition, we offer health and fitness consultations at a small fee where we create a database for the client by monitoring:

This enables us to make an individual fitness program for each client and track their progress after every consecutive months.
