Did you know? When breast cancer is detected early, treatment can be more successful and lives can be saved. That is why regular self-checks and screenings are so important.

✨How to do a self-check at home:
1. Look in the mirror - check for changes in size, shape, or skin dimpling.
2. Raise your arms - look for swelling, redness, or changes around the ni***es.
3. Feel while standing or in the shower - use the pads of your fingers to press around your breast in circular motion
4. Feel while lying down - place a pillow under your shoulder, use opposite hand to feel for lumps or thickened tissue

If you notice anything unusual( lumps, discharge, pain or changes in appearance) - visit your pharmacist or doctor for guidance.
