4)You will receive a one-time-password(OTP) in your number
5)Verify(hakikisha) the OTP
5)Select your county (chagua County yako)
e.g. County 32 NAKURU
6)Select or change the outpatient facility for yourself, your spouse or your children (chagua clinic/hospitali)
