On 13th March 2026, we conducted a Community Safeguarding Training through a participatory dialogue with community members. The session created a safe space for participants to openly share real experiences and challenges affecting safety in the community.

Together, we discussed practical measures to promote community safety and explored ways to strengthen reporting mechanisms so that cases of abuse or harm can be reported and addressed effectively.

Building safe communities requires collective responsibility, open dialogue, and strong systems that protect the most vulnerable.

Two months in… and the impact is already visible. 🧵✨

The Young Women Master Tailoring Project – Phase 3 is officially underway, and our young women are steadily sharpening their skills, building confidence, and turning fabric into opportunity.

In just 8 weeks, we’ve seen:
✔️ Growing technical tailoring skills
✔️ Increased confidence and teamwork
✔️ A strong sense of purpose and economic ambition

This is more than stitching clothes.
This is stitching dreams.
This is building income pathways.
This is empowering young women to rise. 💪🏾

Phase 3 is about consistency, discipline, and transformation — and we are proud of every woman showing up daily to invest in her future.

The journey continues… 🚀

🌟 Introducing Our School Peer Educators! (SPEs)

We are proud to be training 12 School Peer Educators (SPEs) at Mwangi Michuki Comprehensive School.

Each grade is represented by two learners one boy and one girl to promote inclusivity, gender balance, and equal leadership opportunities.

These 12 SPEs are being equipped with skills in:
Leadership and communication
Life skills education
Adolescent health awareness
Positive peer support

By selecting both a boy and a girl from every grade, we are ensuring that all students feel represented, heard, and supported.

Together, we are building confident student leaders who will positively influence their peers and strengthen the school community.

Grace: Redefining Friendly Healthcare Services

During our backpack outreach in Molo Sub-County, Grace, a dedicated nurse from Sachanwan Health Centre, delivered family planning, immunization, and cancer screening services with a level of care that truly stood out.

What made her unforgettable wasn’t just the services she offered, it was how she offered them. Grace took her time with every woman who visited our site. She explained, demonstrated, reassured, and created a warm space where everyone felt safe to ask questions and make informed choices about their health.

Her approach reminded us that quality healthcare is not only about treatment, it is about respect, empathy, and empowering every person who walks in for support.

If we’re talking about friendly services and creating a safe, welcoming environment, then we are talking about Grace. 💛
