REQUIREMENT FOR PASSPORT NUMBER REGISTRATION

To register for a passport number in Kenya, you'll need the following documents:

Application form: A pre-filled passport application form from eCitizen

Birth certificate: An original birth certificate and a photocopy
National ID: An original National ID card and a photocopy
Passport photos: Three recent passport-sized photos that meet the following requirements:

Color
White background
Close-up of your head and shoulders, with your face taking up 70–80% of the photo
Sharp focus and clean
High quality with no ink marks or creases
You're looking directly at the camera
5.5 cm x 5.5 cm (207 px x 207 px)
Shows your natural skin tone
Appropriate brightness and contrast

Recommender's ID: A copy of your recommender's National ID
Consent letter: A consent letter for minors
Old passport: If you're replacing a passport, you'll need to bring your old passport
Parents' IDs: If you're a minor, you'll need your parents' National ID cards and copies
