22 years ago, we made our first bar of soap at home in the kitchen. What started as an experiment with a saucepan and some herbs from the field, has turned into a farm, a team and so much more.

We’ve come a long way since that first batch, but our values haven’t changed. We still grow our own herbs, distilled our own oils, and handcraft every product with care for people and planet.

A little while back, Cinnabar Green donated all the herbs for the healing garden at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital — a quiet space where patients, staff and visitors can step outside, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with nature.

The garden is planted with lavender, thyme, rosemary and other medicinal herbs - a small reminder of the power of plants to support recovery, calm and wellbeing.

We’re proud to have contributed to this space, and to continue sharing our belief that nature plays a vital role in healing - whether in a bar of soap or a patch of soil. 🌿
