We are seeking a professional, courteous and organized Receptionist to join our hospital team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage patient registration, appointments, and inquiries
Handle phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries efficiently
Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate departments
Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality at all times
Handle payments, billing inquiries
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
Keep the reception area neat, organized, and professional
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Front Office, Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Computer literate (MS Office and hospital management systems preferred)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
