I am extremely happy to and excited to have been announced as the recipient of the Diana Award for 2022 during a virtual award ceremony graced by Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex.

The Diana Award is the most prestigious accolade a young person aged 9-25 years can receive for their social action or humanitarian work.

This award was established in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales as she believed that young people have the power to change the world.

I continue to thank everyone who supports and empowers our work in different ways.

I receive this award at a very strategic time when I am representing Kenya in the 10th African Conference on Sexual Health and Rights in Freetown Sierra Leonne where I have had the opportunity to interact with hundreds of change makers and champions shaking the world with outstanding work across the world.
