So, the next time you feel that gentle twist or stretch, take a moment to appreciate the remarkable architecture that keeps us upright and nimble. Our spine is a true work of art! 🎨✨

If you are a lady, high chances are you have a couple of high heels in your shoe collection. Wearing them all the time can cause foot problems and deformities like bunions, deformed toes, crossover toes and hammer toes. To avoid this, here are some tips you can use:

1. Get the best fitting pair of heels possible. Look for heels that don't allow your foot to slide in them.

2. Invest in heel cushions. These include silicon metatarsal pads that do a fantastic job of shock absorption.

3. Wear chunky heels. Thick heels give you better balance and may relieve some pressure by distributing the weight on your foot more evenly.

4. Pay attention to the slope of the heel. Look for heels that have a more gradual slope as opposed to the ones that have a straight drop down to the flatbed portion of the heel.

5. Wear open toe high heels. This helps relieve pressure on corns and calluses.

We will start off by saying, HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!

Water brings calcium and other nutrients throughout the body, including to your bones. Since water also helps rid the body of toxins, these substances can and do build up in the bones if there is not enough water to carry them away. This can lead to inflammation and a break down in bone mass.
