Society has stereotypes for perfect men. Men are supposed to be strong, community pillars and immune to emotions. With all these expectations, many forget that men have feeling too. Toxic masculinity has made them believe that showing weakness is feminine. By hinding their emotions, most men have been depressed and succesptible to mental illnesses. They are segregating themselves, becoming looners and we are not noticing because everything seems right and hidden in smile and "I am okay" phrase. Not all okey's are really okay.
