Here's a simple recipe to add our delightful coffee twist to your chocolate desserts:
Ingredients:
1 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of freshly ground coffee
Your favorite chocolate dessert (brownies, chocolate cake, or mousse)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
Stir in the sugar until it dissolves completely.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the freshly ground coffee.
Let the mixture steep for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the coffee flavor to infuse into the cream.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the coffee grounds.
Allow the coffee-infused cream to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, use it as a topping or drizzle over your favorite chocolate dessert.
