Hello all My FB family; I have been away on maternity leave for the longest time ever but now I am back. However, due to the prevailing situation , I will only offer online services via or you can dm on Facebook.
Just to shed some light on my pregnancy journey:
🔹️I gained 17kgs over the 9months and I have managed to lose 14kgs to date.
🔹️I have practiced exclusive breastfeeding for 6months that aids in Weight loss.
🔹️I always observe a healthy lifestyle
🔹️I have built in a simple exercise routine mostly walking to boost weight loss.
