From April 2025, Bupa Global have partnered with Rescue.co to offer emergency ambulance services in Kenya. This ensures quick responses to emergencies and smooth transitions to admitting facilities. These services are available to all Bupa Global members, including residents and visitors in Kenya.

How it works:

1)      In case of a medical emergency, Rescue.co are on duty 24/7 and can be reached on their emergency hotline +254 711 911 911. Tell the dispatch team: That you are a Bupa Global member, give your full name and your Bupa membership number.

2)      Rescue.co team of trained dispatchers respond and triage to determine the emergency responder(s) to dispatch. The nearest and best suited responder is alerted, informed about the nature of the emergency and dispatched.

3)      Rescue.co will liaise with Bupa Global to obtain the required approval.
