THE BENEFITS OF MAKING LOVE IN THE MORNING

1. IT MAKES GOOD USE OF THE MAN'S ER****ON
Most men wake up with an er****on, it is good for this hardness not to go to waste

2. IT BOOSTS THE WIFE'S SELF-ESTEEM
When a woman wakes up naked to her husband admiring her, desiring her and wanting her; she ends up feeling sexy, beautiful and confident even before she dresses up

3. IT STARTS THE DAY RIGHT WITH INTIMACY
The best way to say good morning is with intimacy. Sweet love making, kisses, heartfelt words and prayer

4. IT BRINGS OUT A GLOW
When both the man and the woman feel loved up, they exude an inner positive vibe that others around them pick

5. IT GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO SMILE ABOUT THE WHOLE DAY
Through out the day, both of them will find each other smiling, reminiscing about the morning. Maybe they will even text or call each other just to connect

6. IT MAKES STAYING FAITHFUL EASIER
When your body is sexually satisfied in the morning, it is difficult to fall into temptation in the middle of the day. Unfaithfulness breeds where there is a vacuum

7. IT WAKES YOU UP PROPERLY
If you are sleepy or struggling to wake up, some good pumping, grinding, moaning, riding and touching will definitely wake you up

8. IT BLESSES THE CHILDREN
Because there is warmth in the bedroom in love making, that warmth will spread to the entire house with the children witnessing the love between mom and dad

9. IT CELEBRATES LOVE IN A NEW DAY
No matter how good or bad yesterday was, an episode of sweet love making sets the right tone today

10. IT MAKES YOU LOOK FORWARD TO COMING HOME
Since the day started in a memorable way, both husband and wife will miss each other and will long to see each other later in the day

If You Lack Discipline, Read This:

1. If you want to live a happy and successful life, you can't rely on motivation. Motivation will fail you. Discipline will keep you going.

2. Excuses will make today easy but the future harder. Discipline is harder today but makes the future easier. Choose your hard.

3. Choose your goals and write them down. You must have a clear vision of where you are going or you will get lost.

4. Focus on the habit, not the outcome. Say "I'll exercise 4 times a week" instead of saying "I'll lose 0,5 kilograms a week"

5. Prioritize quality sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep every night is crucial. Get to bed early and wake up early. Getting up early will make you more disciplined.

6. You need to say "no" more often. Taking on too many tasks will make you feel overwhelmed. Your time and energy are limited. Every time you say yes to someone else, you say no to yourself. Prioritize wisely.

7. Just start. Most dreams are k!lled before they even get going. Imperfect action is much better than no action. You'll never feel ready. Break down your goal into smaller steps, set deadlines, and stop over-complicating.

8. Forgive yourself. We all make mistakes. Don't let mistakes stop you. It's never a failure as long as you learn the lesson and keep goin

There was a man on horseback who saw a group of exhausted soldiers digging a trench. On the side is their section leader who was barking orders.

The passerby asked the leader why he isn’t helping his team. The leader just said that he is in charge and tells his people what to do.

The man decided to pitch in and help the soldiers dig until the trench was finished. After that, he approached the commander on foot and told him that the next time their rank prevents them from supporting his men, he should notify the top command – and that he will give a permanent solution to it.

The section leader then realized that the person he was talking to was none other than the historical figure, General Washington.

Moral of the Story:
The best leaders are eager to help and give aid to their followers. In the context of work, this might mean reaching out to their employees to check in and do actual work.

They also adopt a progressive mindset instead of being attached to being in charge.

🌟 Embrace the Power of Growth! 🌟

Success starts with believing in yourself. Instead of saying "I can't do this," say "I'm still learning, and I'll keep trying." πŸ“š

😨 Don't fear mistakes; they're stepping stones to growth. Say, "Mistakes are how I learn and grow." 🌱

πŸ”οΈ When something seems tough, remember: "With more practice, it will get easier." πŸ”„

πŸ™Œ Never give up! Instead, say, "I will try a different way." πŸ›€οΈ

πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Don't know how? Shift your perspective to, "I can learn how!" 🧠

πŸš€ Strive to improve by asking, "What can I learn to get better at this?" 🌠

🌟 And when you encounter someone excelling, ask yourself, "What can I learn from them?" 🧐

✨ Let's embrace this growth mindset together and conquer our goals! πŸŽ―πŸ’―

This is the positive attitude and growth mindset! Embracing these beliefs can indeed make a significant difference in your journey towards success. Keep that mindset strong! πŸ’ͺ

*Implications for trainers*

Recognizing the differences between adult and childhood learning is essential for trainers to ensure effective learning outcomes. Given the distinctions, trainers must adapt their techniques, materials, and approaches when educating adults. Here are some implications and considerations for trainers teaching adult learners:

*Recognize Prior Knowledge:*

Trainers should acknowledge the vast experiences adults bring to the learning environment. This can be done through discussions, case studies, and problem-solving exercises that incorporate participants' experiences.
Facilitate Self-directed Learning:

Rather than dictating the learning process, trainers should act as facilitators. They can provide resources, guidance, and support, allowing adults to take charge of their own learning.
Ensure Relevance:

Training content should be immediately relevant to the adult learners' personal or professional lives. Trainers must illustrate the practical applications of what's being taught.
Engage in Problem-Centered Instruction:

Use real-world scenarios and problems in the training material. Adults learn best when they can apply knowledge to solve tangible challenges.
Promote Active Participation:

Encourage discussions, group activities, and hands-on tasks. Active engagement aids in the retention and application of information.
Cultivate a Respectful Environment:

Create an atmosphere where learners feel valued, respected, and safe to express opinions, ask questions, or make mistakes.
Account for Varied Learning Styles:

Recognize that adults have diverse preferences when it comes to learning. Incorporate varied methods, such as lectures, discussions, multimedia, and hands-on exercises, to cater to different learning styles.
Provide Feedback:

Offering timely and constructive feedback helps adult learners adjust their strategies and confirms their understanding.
Limit Barriers to Learning:

Understand potential obstacles adult learners might face, such as time constraints, external responsibilities, or a lack of confidence. Aim to reduce these barriers by offering flexible scheduling, accessible resources, or confidence-building activities.
Encourage Reflection:

Create opportunities for learners to reflect on what they've learned, relate it to their experiences, and consider its implications for their personal or professional lives.

Leverage Technology:
Given adults' busy schedules, offering online resources, blended learning, or asynchronous courses can cater to their need for flexibility.

Continuous Evaluation:
Regularly assess and adjust training methods based on feedback and outcomes. Ensure that learning objectives are being met and that participants find value in the training.

Training adults requires a tailored approach that respects their experiences, values their input, and facilitates their unique learning journey. By understanding the nuances of adult learning, trainers can create programs that are engaging, relevant, and impactful.
