Take a minute and think when the last time was that you recharged your phone. Now think about when you last recharged yourself. We often forget to stop and take the time for ourselves and to feed our souls. Think about how much better you would feel if you did one thing each day that would recharge yourself 🤔 Now I challenge each of you to incorporate something into your daily routine just for you!! I had the most amazing experience this past weekend creating and birthing this beauty 💕💕💕 Light House Spiritual Center offered a dreamcatcher journey workshop. The class began with guided meditation leading into 2 hours of intuitive creation. Once our dreamcatchers were complete, full of intentional prayers and our energetic signatures we experienced a shamanic journey, connecting us more deeply with our dreamcatchers.
