🌿 How to Maintain & Grow 4C Hair 🌿
4C hair is beautiful, strong, and versatile—but it thrives with the right care. Here’s how to keep it healthy and growing 💚
✨ 1. Moisture is EVERYTHING
4C hair gets dry fast.
Use the L.O.C or L.C.O method:
Liquid (water or leave-in)
Oil (seal moisture)
Cream (lock it in)
🧴 2. Wash Gently & Regularly
Wash every 1–2 weeks with a sulfate-free shampoo.
Always follow with a moisturizing conditioner.
💆🏽‍♀️ 3. Deep Condition
Deep condition at least once a week to strengthen hair and prevent breakage.
🪮 4. Detangle with Care
Detangle when hair is damp and moisturized.
Use fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Start from the ends, go up slowly.
