Epilepsy is a neurological condition that can be influenced by identifiable triggers.

Sleep deprivation, high stress levels, missed medication, fever, flashing lights, alcohol or drug use, hormonal changes, and low blood sugar — particularly in people living with diabetes — may increase the likelihood of a seizure episode.

Understanding and managing these triggers is an important part of long-term seizure control and patient safety.

To book for our neurology clinic, call us directly on 0759871184/0706866826

Lifestyle choices play a critical role in reducing the risk of cancer.

Evidence shows that maintaining a healthy diet, staying physically active, avoiding to***co, limiting alcohol intake, protecting against harmful UV exposure, and attending regular screenings can significantly lower cancer risk.

Nairobi Adventist Hospital encourages preventive care and early detection as key pillars of long-term health.

Starting This Wednesday, Join us as we set aside 10 intentional days of prayer under the theme “Unleashed! Transformed by the Holy Spirit.”

The devotional focus will be drawn from Galatians 5:22–23, and our speaker will be Eld. Stephen Mwaniki Njogu. The 10 Days of Prayer will run from 7th to 17th January 2026, each morning from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m.

Let us come together in faith, reflection, and renewal as we seek God’s presence and power in our lives and in our service.
