PILAU PAMSTYLE

1/2kg Cubed Beef and pre-boiled
2 mugs of Rice
3 mugs of boiling water
1 large Onion chopped
5 medium potatoes cut
Ginger & Garlic Paste
Whole Pilau Masala
Salt to taste
Cooking fat

Fry your onions till golden brown
Add your ginger & garlic paste and fry but don't let it burn
Add in your whole pilau masala and cook till the aroma fills the house
Add your preboiled meat and fry till brown
Add your potatoes cover to cook for about 10minutes do not cook fully
Add the rice, Salt and mix well
Add your boiling water and let it boil until the water reduces
Reduce the heat, turn your pilau and cover tightly
Let IT cook perfectly and dry out
Serve with kachumbari, fried chillies and ripe bananas
