To those people who love massage, try to remember that your therapist is making time for you. So as a responsible adult, you should always, if you have to cancel and give a 24 hr notice. So someone else who possibly really needs help can have that time slot.

If you wish you help to prevent some of you muscle aches and pains. Learn to be proactive with your topical ointments ( Biofreeze, Icy Hot, ECT..) instead of reactive.

I've been kind of quite on this sight lately. Because I have moved to Massachusetts about 2 months ago. I am working on getting my Massachusetts massage license. I am hopeful that in about 4 weeks I will be able to resume my massage practice.

Something to think about, when you use a Groupon for a massage or most other services. The provider of the service only receives half of what you pay Groupon. this being said this is why most massage therapists only accept them once as an introductory offer.
