✨ Cheers to 2025 — A Year of Growth, Health & Community Impact! ✨

As we close out 2025, the Greater Lowell Health Alliance celebrates a year of progress made possible by our partners, volunteers, task force members, grantees, and community leaders. Together, we continued advancing our mission to improve health and wellness across the Greater Lowell region.

🌟 2025 Highlights
• Led the completion of the 2025 Greater Lowell Community Health Needs Assessment, providing vital data to guide our work and the upcoming 2026 Community Health Improvement Plan.

• Our five health-focused task forces — from Behavioral Health to Health Equity — continued driving collaborative, community-centered solutions.

• We distributed numerous grants to local organizations addressing unmet health needs.

• Continued outreach efforts — including donating backpacks, coats and supplies to families in need.

• Expanded programs such as the Khmer Older Adult Action Group thanks to new funding partnerships.

Thank You to our volunteers, partners, grantees, and the community for your dedication and support. Because of you, 2025 was a year of impactful collaboration and meaningful progress toward health equity for all.

Starting this Monday, November 3 until Saturday, November 8 there will be an emergency citywide food drive to benefit the member agencies of Merrimack Valley Food Bank, Inc.

If you are unable to donate in-person, online donations may be made on the Merrimack Valley Food Bank’s website at https://mvfb.org/. Every donation of even just $1 helps to provide 2 meals.

We received an exciting donation from Greater Lowell Health Alliance this week! They brought us two bags of brand new clothing, and dozens of boxes of adorable children's shoes (like these sweet Pokémon ones). We will be putting these out for clients today, and expect them to be snapped right up. Thank you for thinking of us, GLHA!
