March is National Kidney Month! Your kidneys are some of the most important organs you have and they perform a lot of important functions. Some quick and easy tips to protect your kidneys: Stay active. Eat a low salt diet. Watch your blood pressure. Limit the amount of anti-inflammatories (Aleve, Motrin, Advil, ibuprofen, naproxen...) you take and most of all drink plenty of water. Ask one of our clinicians today how you can promote good kidney health!
