វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដើម្បីបង្កើនជំនាញព្យាបាលការនិយាយ និងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ដល់ ២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អង្គការ អូ អាយ ស៊ី កម្ពុជា រៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលកម្រិត២ ស្ដីអំពី ជំនាញព្យាបាលការនិយាយ (ST) ដោយផ្តោតលើភាពយឺតយ៉ាវក្នុងការចេះនិយាយរបស់កុមារ (Child language delays) និងបញ្ហានៃការនិយាយរបស់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ ជាពិសេសអ្នកដែលទទួលផលប៉ះពាល់ពីជំងឺគ្រោះថ្នាក់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាល (Adult stroke-related language disorders) ដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ វគ្គនេះឧបត្ថម្ភដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីសហប្រតិបត្តិការអូស្ត្រាលី-កម្ពុជាដើម្បីសេវាប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងសមធម៌ (ACCESS2)។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ២៣ នាក់ មកពីមន្ទីរពេទ្យខេត្តដៃគូរ ដូចជាខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងក្រចេះ ព្រមទាំងពីមន្ទីរពេទ្យ និងអង្គការផ្សេងៗទៀត។
គោលបំណងនៃវគ្គនេះគឺដើម្បី៖
• ពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញព្យាបាលការនិយាយ។
• វាយតម្លៃប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃបញ្ហាភាសារបស់កុមារ និងមនុស្សពេញវ័យ។
• អនុវត្តវិធីសាស្រ្តព្យាបាលសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍភាសាកុមារ។
• ទទួលស្គាល់ និងកំណត់ជំងឺភាសាដែលទាក់ទងនឹងជំងឺជំងឺគ្រោះថ្នាក់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាលលើមនុស្សពេញវ័យ។
• អាចប្រើប្រាស់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទំនាក់ទំនងដោយប្រើឧបករណ៍ជំនួយ និងជំនួស (AAC) និង
• បង្កើតសេវាព្យាបាលការនិយាយជាមូលដ្ឋាននៅតាមមន្ទីរពេទ្យរដ្ឋ។
យើងសង្ឃឹមថា អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងទទួលបានចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញថ្មីៗ ដើម្បីជួយព្យាបាល និងធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងលើការនិយាយ និងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងរបស់ក្រុមគោលដៅនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។

Enhancing Speech and Communication Therapy Skills
From July 25-28, 2025, OIC Cambodia, with support from the Australian Government through the Australia-Cambodia Cooperation for Equitable Sustainable Services (ACCESS2) Program, organized a Level 2 training course on Child Language Delays and Adult Language Disorders/Stroke.
Held in Phnom Penh, the training was attended by 23 participants from partner provincial hospitals in Kampong Speu and Kratie, as well as from other hospitals and related organizations. The course aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:
• Strengthen their understanding of core speech therapy theories.
• Conduct effective assessments for language disorders in both children and adults.
• Apply treatment methods for child language development.
• Recognize and differentiate adult stroke-related language disorders.
• Utilize alternative communication strategies (AAC).
• Initiate and provide foundational speech therapy services in government hospital settings.
We are confident that the participants will utilize their new expertise to assist in treating and improving the speech and communication skills of those in need within their communities.

ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការណ៍ជាមួយ អង្គការមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហគមន៍ផ្ទះសប្បុរស (ខេត្តសៀមរាប) អង្គការអូអាយស៊ីកម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃ (ថ្ងៃទី១៦ និងថ្ងៃទី ១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥) ស្តីពីការណែនំាលើយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តគំាទ្របឋម លើការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងការស្វែងយល់ពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងសិទ្ធិការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង សំរាប់ឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាលដែលកូនមានពិការភាពការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង។ មានឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល និងអ្នកថែទំា កូនមានពិការភាព និងការលំបាកការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងសរុបចំនួន ១៥នាក់ (ប្រុស ៥នាក់) បានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ។

ផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលតេស្តសាកល្បង មុន និងក្រោយវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បង្ហាញថា ឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល និងអ្នកថែទំា ដែលបានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បានកើនការយល់ដឹងលើបទបង្ហាញ និងមេរៀនពី ៤៣.៧៣% (តេស្តមុនវគ្គ) ទៅ ៩១.៩៦% (តេស្តក្រោយវគ្គ)។

In collaboration with Grace House organization (Siem Reap province), OIC delivered 2 day-trainings (on 16th and 17th Jul 2025) on Basic communication support strategies and understanding child’s right and communication rights to parents, caregivers with children with communication disabilities. A total of 15 participants (5 male) attended this training.
Based on the pre- and post-test results, participants increased their knowledge from 43.73% in pre-test to 91.96% in post test results.

ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថមគំាទ្រដោយមូលនិធិកុមារពិភពលោក (World Childhood Foundation) អង្គការអូអាយស៊ីកម្ពុជា សហការណ៍ជាមួយអភិបាលស្រុកបសេដ្ឋ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ គឺថ្ងៃទី ១៩ និងទី ២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ស្តីពី ការប្រើប្រាស់ទំរង់រាយការណ៍ដោយប្រើប្រាស់រូបភាព និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តដើម្បីគំាទ្រដល់កុមារ ឬជនមានពិការភាពការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង ក្នុងការរាយការណ៍ពីការ រំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទ ការមិនយកចិត្ត ទុកដាក់ និងពីសុវត្ថិភាព ដល់អាជ្ញាធរ និងការរិយាល័យពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ធ្វើនៅសាលាស្រុកបសេដ្ឋ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ៤៤នាក់ (ស្រី១៥នាក់) រួមមាន អធិការរងស្រុក នាយប៉ុស្តិ៍នគរបាល ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ មេឃុំ ជំនួយការ ស្មៀន ជំទប់ទី១ ប្រធានការិយាល័យកិច្ចការ នារីខេត្ត មន្រ្តីការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុក ប្រធានការិយាល័យសង្គមកិច្ចស្រុក គណៈកម្មាការកិច្ចការនារី និងកុមារឃុំ និងតំណាងជនមានពិការភាព។
ផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលតេស្តសាកល្បង មុន និងក្រោយវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បង្ហាញថា អ្នកចូលរួមបានកើនការយល់ដឹងពី ៦០.០៣% (តេស្តមុនវគ្គ) ទៅ ៨០.៩៧% (តេស្តក្រោយវគ្គ)។

Under World Childhood Foundation support, and in collaboration with Kampong Speu province’s Basedth district, OIC organized and delivered 2 day-trainings on 19th and 20th of June 2025 on the topic “How to use the picture-based reporting tools and strategy to support children or persons with communication disabilities to report the sexual abuse, neglect and safety to local authority and relevant departments.
The training was held at Kampong Speu province’s Basedth district, with a total of 44 participants (15 females) including deputy of district governors, district police chiefs, commune councils members, chief of communes, commune chief’s assistants, chief of provincial department of Ministry of Woman Affairs, chief of provincial education department, chief of DoSWY, CWCC, representative of disability.
Based on the pre- and post-test results, participants increased their knowledge from 60.03% in pre-test to 80.97% in post test results.

Sreythea, a dedicated social worker and mother of two, shared her heartwarming experience using OIC Cambodia’s picture-based communication tools.

With support from the Childhood project, she now helps children express their feelings through eye pointing and communication boards—bringing smiles, connection, and empowerment to the most vulnerable.

ថ្ងៃពុធ-ព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១-២រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១-១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បុគ្គលិកជំនាញរបស់អង្គការអូអាយស៊ី កម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដោយផ្ទាល់ទៅដល់កុមារដែលមានការលំបាកក្នុងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងក្នុងទីតាំងពីរកន្លែង គឺនៅអង្គការ ស៊ី អេហ្វ អាយ និងនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលស្ការខេត្តបាត់បង។ សរុបមានកុមារចំនួន ៨នាក់ ស្រី៦នាក់បានទទួលការគាំទ្រដោយផ្ទាល់នេះ។

On June 11-12, 2025, OIC Cambodia Technical staff provide Direct Service to Children with Communication difficulty at CFI office and PRC center Province. There were 08 children 06 girls with communication difficulties.

ថ្ងៃពុធ-ព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៩-១០កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៤-៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បុគ្គលិកជំនាញរបស់អង្គការអូអាយស៊ី កម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ ផ្ទាល់ទៅដល់កុមារដែលមានការលំបាកក្នុងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងក្នុងទីតាំងពីរកន្លែង គឺនៅវិទ្យាល័យអប់រំពិសេសខេត្តសៀមរាប និងនៅអង្គការ Grace House Cambodia ។ សរុបមានកុមារចំនួន ៦នាក់ ស្រី២នាក់បានទទួលការគាំទ្រផ្ទាល់នេះ។

On June 04-05, 2025, OIC Cambodia Technical staff provide Direct Service to Children with Communication difficulty at Grace House Cambodia and Seim Reap Special Education High School in Seim Reap Province. There were 06 children 02 girls with communication difficulties.

“Being a person with a disability is hard—but being isolated and discriminated is even worse,” shared Or Sarath.

Born with a communication disability, Sarath now works with OIC Cambodia to develop picture-based tools that help others like her express themselves and report abuse.
