កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ អង្គការ អូ អាយ ស៊ី កម្ពុជា (OIC Cambodia) បានបន្តវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលការព្យាបាលការនិយាយ (ST–ជុំទី៣) ផ្តោតលើ សំឡេងនិយាយ និងចលនាសាច់ដុំមាត់ (Speech and Oral-Motor Therapy)។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដូចខាងក្រោម៖
គោលបំណងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល៖ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកសុខាភិបាល និងអ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកស្តារនីតិសម្បទា ក្នុងការគាំទ្រកុមារ និងមនុស្សពេញវ័យ ដែលមានបញ្ហាក្នុងការនិយាយ និងការទំនាក់ទំនង។
ទីកន្លែង៖ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ​
កាលបរិច្ឆេទ៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៣០- កញ្ញា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ០៣- តុលា- ២០២៥។
អ្នកចូលរួម៖ ចំនួន ២១ នាក់ (ស្រី ៩ នាក់) មកពីខេត្ត–ក្រុងចំនួន ៦ ដែលជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការបន្តអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បុគ្គលិកសុខាភិបាលជាតិលើការព្យាបាលការនិយាយ។

Speech and Oral-Motor Therapy – ST Round 3
Recently, OIC Cambodia has continued its Speech Therapy (ST) Training – Round 3, with a focus on Speech and Oral-Motor Therapy. This training has been conducted as follows:
Objective: To enhance the technical capacity of health and rehabilitation professionals in assisting children and adults with speech and oral-motor challenges.
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Dates: 30 September – 3 October 2025
Participants: 21 participants (9 females) from 6 provinces/cities, as part of OIC Cambodia’s ongoing efforts to develop a sustainable national speech therapy workforce.

ក្រោមជំនួយមូលនិធិ World Childhood Foundation អង្គការអូអាយស៊ីកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី៖ការបង្កើតទម្រង់ និងផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានបែបមើលឃើញ សម្រាប់គំាទ្រដល់កុមារមានពិការភាព ឬការលំបាកការនិយាយ ក្នុងគោលនយោបាយកិច្ចការពារកុមារ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានរៀបចំធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ១១នាក់ (ប្រុស ៤នាក់ ពិការភាព១នាក់ (ប្រុស) មកពីអង្គការចំនួន ៧ ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្តល់ជូននូវ៖

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដើម្បីបង្កើនជំនាញព្យាបាលការនិយាយ និងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ដល់ ២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អង្គការ អូ អាយ ស៊ី កម្ពុជា រៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលកម្រិត២ ស្ដីអំពី ជំនាញព្យាបាលការនិយាយ (ST) ដោយផ្តោតលើភាពយឺតយ៉ាវក្នុងការចេះនិយាយរបស់កុមារ (Child language delays) និងបញ្ហានៃការនិយាយរបស់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ ជាពិសេសអ្នកដែលទទួលផលប៉ះពាល់ពីជំងឺគ្រោះថ្នាក់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាល (Adult stroke-related language disorders) ដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ វគ្គនេះឧបត្ថម្ភដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីសហប្រតិបត្តិការអូស្ត្រាលី-កម្ពុជាដើម្បីសេវាប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងសមធម៌ (ACCESS2)។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ២៣ នាក់ មកពីមន្ទីរពេទ្យខេត្តដៃគូរ ដូចជាខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងក្រចេះ ព្រមទាំងពីមន្ទីរពេទ្យ និងអង្គការផ្សេងៗទៀត។
គោលបំណងនៃវគ្គនេះគឺដើម្បី៖
• ពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញព្យាបាលការនិយាយ។
• វាយតម្លៃប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃបញ្ហាភាសារបស់កុមារ និងមនុស្សពេញវ័យ។
• អនុវត្តវិធីសាស្រ្តព្យាបាលសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍភាសាកុមារ។
• ទទួលស្គាល់ និងកំណត់ជំងឺភាសាដែលទាក់ទងនឹងជំងឺជំងឺគ្រោះថ្នាក់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាលលើមនុស្សពេញវ័យ។
• អាចប្រើប្រាស់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទំនាក់ទំនងដោយប្រើឧបករណ៍ជំនួយ និងជំនួស (AAC) និង
• បង្កើតសេវាព្យាបាលការនិយាយជាមូលដ្ឋាននៅតាមមន្ទីរពេទ្យរដ្ឋ។
យើងសង្ឃឹមថា អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងទទួលបានចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញថ្មីៗ ដើម្បីជួយព្យាបាល និងធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងលើការនិយាយ និងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងរបស់ក្រុមគោលដៅនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។

Enhancing Speech and Communication Therapy Skills
From July 25-28, 2025, OIC Cambodia, with support from the Australian Government through the Australia-Cambodia Cooperation for Equitable Sustainable Services (ACCESS2) Program, organized a Level 2 training course on Child Language Delays and Adult Language Disorders/Stroke.
Held in Phnom Penh, the training was attended by 23 participants from partner provincial hospitals in Kampong Speu and Kratie, as well as from other hospitals and related organizations. The course aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:
• Strengthen their understanding of core speech therapy theories.
• Conduct effective assessments for language disorders in both children and adults.
• Apply treatment methods for child language development.
• Recognize and differentiate adult stroke-related language disorders.
• Utilize alternative communication strategies (AAC).
• Initiate and provide foundational speech therapy services in government hospital settings.
We are confident that the participants will utilize their new expertise to assist in treating and improving the speech and communication skills of those in need within their communities.

ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការណ៍ជាមួយ អង្គការមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសហគមន៍ផ្ទះសប្បុរស (ខេត្តសៀមរាប) អង្គការអូអាយស៊ីកម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃ (ថ្ងៃទី១៦ និងថ្ងៃទី ១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥) ស្តីពីការណែនំាលើយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តគំាទ្របឋម លើការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងការស្វែងយល់ពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងសិទ្ធិការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង សំរាប់ឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាលដែលកូនមានពិការភាពការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង។ មានឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល និងអ្នកថែទំា កូនមានពិការភាព និងការលំបាកការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងសរុបចំនួន ១៥នាក់ (ប្រុស ៥នាក់) បានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ។

ផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលតេស្តសាកល្បង មុន និងក្រោយវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បង្ហាញថា ឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល និងអ្នកថែទំា ដែលបានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បានកើនការយល់ដឹងលើបទបង្ហាញ និងមេរៀនពី ៤៣.៧៣% (តេស្តមុនវគ្គ) ទៅ ៩១.៩៦% (តេស្តក្រោយវគ្គ)។

In collaboration with Grace House organization (Siem Reap province), OIC delivered 2 day-trainings (on 16th and 17th Jul 2025) on Basic communication support strategies and understanding child’s right and communication rights to parents, caregivers with children with communication disabilities. A total of 15 participants (5 male) attended this training.
Based on the pre- and post-test results, participants increased their knowledge from 43.73% in pre-test to 91.96% in post test results.
