You don’t need flexibility, focus, or experience to begin — just a willingness to meet yourself with a little more care. In our studio, mindful movement is less about getting it “right” and more about moving with kindness, curiosity, and heart.

We've got a new teacher joining us this week who is eager to share the knowledge and experience with yoga with everyone! He has taught in a variety of settings including yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats and is a traditional yoga teacher in every sense of the word.
Krishana is joining us for one month, so whether you're a morning person or prefer to practice in the evening, be sure to catch one of his classes!

Choosing to live fully doesn’t require doing more — it often begins by slowing down and listening to your body. Mindful movement, steady breath, and simple presence can soften fear and open something honest inside you. No experience needed, just a willingness to begin.

In addition to our current classes, we've got a new class starting this week - Tai Chi & Qi Gong led by Mark on Tuesday mornings at 9 AM.

There is also one prime 9 AM morning spot perfect for your workshop or class on Thursday morning at 9 AM. Contact us now to book the studio and help your clients/students to become their best selves on the ultimate day of new beginnings. :-)

Some Changes For The Week...

Tuesday is Rosa's last class with us - come experience her wonderful way of leading before she begins a new chapter.

And with a goodbye, also comes a hello... we welcome Dave to the studio for Hatha, Anapana Meditation and A Guided Music Meditation. Check the schedule for specific timings. :)

And for those who like to dance, we are also hosting Zumba classes two evenings a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. :)

Mindful movement reminds us that growth begins where comfort ends. Every wobble, every fall, is part of the practice—proof that you’re living fully, not holding back. On the mat, there’s no failure—only movement, breath, and the courage to begin again.

We've got a nicely rounded out schedule starting this week here at our lovely open air space in wonderful Kampot - with plenty of options to get more in touch with your body, mind, and spirit. Each teacher brings their own voice, experience, and structure that is purely their own.

In addition to daily yoga classes, we now offer pilates 3 evenings a week with John at 4 PM.

Hey, we are RedForest retreat. A retreat that is created with mindful intention and lead by yogis who treat yoga as a lifelong practice.

We believe Yoga is not something mystery but a way of living, a choice to do good, an experience that can discover the world by exploring our own body.
