The more time we spend in our thoughts, the harder life can feel. Movement, breath, and stillness bring us back to something simple and real — the natural wisdom living within our body.

We've also got a new class type this week - Yogalates with Alma!

Yogalaties (or Yogalates) is a low-impact, hybrid fitness practice combining the core-focused, precise strength training of Mat Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and mindful, breath-led flow of Yoga, and it's accessible for all levels!

Jette, Jeremy, Phil, Mark and Ian are also bringing their knowledge and experience to their classes... don't forget that anyone can join any of our classes, regardless of level or experience or ability - our classes are for you!

If you're a morning person, come and practice with us at 9 AM and enjoy a mindful movement class + brunch + pool access for just $12.

You don’t need to be flexible, calm, or “good at yoga” to belong here. When you arrive as you are, you’re already enough. Our classes are an invitation to move, breathe, and remember that nothing is missing.

We have 3 new teachers joining us from this week, Alma, Jeremy and Jette. Each of them bring their own experience, style and flavour!

In addition to our regular classes with Phil, Ian and Mark, we have the following offerings starting this week...

Jeremy brings us Yin with Pulse Listening meditations on Monday and Thursday mornings... this accessible-to-all class is described as follows: "This yin yoga class will help calm your nervous system and refresh your whole body through gentle, long-held stretches and slow, deep breathing."

Jette brings Balancing Yoga on Monday at 5 PM and Wednesday at 10:30 AM, which can be described as "Focusing beyond the physical practice to balance body, mind and spirit. A class to learn to listen to you body and move to support flow and feel good. "

Alma brings us Vinyasa on Thursdays at 9 AM, Fridays at 10:30 AM, and then Rest & Recovery Yoga on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 AM.

As usual, we also have our amazing AM brunch + yoga + swim (pool access) for $12.

Tuesday is Rosa's last class with us - come experience her wonderful way of leading before she begins a new chapter.

And with a goodbye, also comes a hello... we welcome Dave to the studio for Hatha, Anapana Meditation and A Guided Music Meditation. Check the schedule for specific timings. :)

And for those who like to dance, we are also hosting Zumba classes two evenings a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. :)

Our Intention

Hey, we are RedForest retreat. A retreat that is created with mindful intention and lead by yogis who treat yoga as a lifelong practice.

We believe Yoga is not something mystery but a way of living, a choice to do good, an experience that can discover the world by exploring our own body.

Our intention is to create inspiration for people to do good to the body, mind, and spirit; to explore the world through a yogic lifestyle practice. And we are sure you will enjoy it.
