Here it is !

A playful and deeply relaxing practice. Suspended in a fabric hammock, your body is freed from gravity, allowing you to explore postures otherwise inaccessible on the ground. Accessible to all, aero yoga helps improve flexibility and balance, gently strengthens muscles, and releases accumulated tension.

A true moment of letting go where you reconnect with your senses as you allow yourself to be carried.

Blue indigo cottage is a retreat, a school, a studio, for practice of Yoga & meditation, Taïchi, Qi Qong in a cultural world center, Angkor wat, Cambodia. Blue Indigo Yoga is a safe and tranquil space for you to dedicate time to your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. During your time with us you’ll have an opportunity to study yourself, make room for growth and set personal development goals. When you leave us you will feel rejuvenated, focused and, most importantly, happy and healthy.

In order to help you achieve your health and relaxation goals, we have a varied schedule of classes all led by our wonderful teachers. We encourage you to try and attend at least one physical class per day alone with the meditation and discussion sessions.

For your own benefit, as well as your fellow guests, we kindly ask you to put aside any critical opinions and judgments and arrive open minded and with a positive energy. During your stay here we politely request you to keep in mind this is a relaxing retreat space and therefore excessive noise should be kept to a minimum.We are a yoga school, and we organize a Teacher Training Courses every month , in different discipline. Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa,yin yoga , and Aerial yoga, the first Aerial studio in Siem Reap. Enjoy your stay , and love & light.
