The clinic was initially founded under collaboration between IMAC and the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, Cambodia in August, 16th 2005, and it had been constructed for three months by twenty three U.S. The location is in Prey Pih Village, Chreah Commune, Kampong Tralach District, Kampong Chnang Province. Furthermore, the clinic has two consultation rooms, one pharmacy store, two ward rooms. The building consists the solar electricity, two toilets, water storage container, which costs totally USD 71,437 including construction fee, and the engineering team of the U.S marine expensed costs of USD 84,002.49 for importing materials, accommodation, transportation, so the total expenses are USD 153,439.50 for the clinic project. Moreover, Mr.Haji Muhammad, former chief of commune, donated his land to this humanitarian project. The clinic was officially inaugurated in October, 11th 2005 under H.E.General Pol Sareun, Vice Commander-in-chief-of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, is the highest representative of Samdech Hun Sen, Cambodian Prime Minister. After the official launch, American and Malaysian doctors joined with IMAC’s medical doctors in order to run the clinic delivering healthcare service to local and other community. Between 2012-2015, the clinic had risked with insufficient sponsorship that caused irregular process. Although in March, 15th 2016, IMAC and ASAS-Malaysia has initiated to relaunch weekly free healthcare services through community, and ASAS funded for medications, medical equipments, allowances for doctors and volunteers from IMAC. And IMAC in charge of organization structure, timetable in order to enhance healthy community in Kampong Chhnang Province and in purpose of poverty alleviation.
