Every end of the year feels different.

This December brought me a kind of stress I’ve never known before, if you know, you know what I mean 🇰🇭🫶

No panic, but it awaken something very raw in my Polish DNA.

Anyway, last 2 days I feel off and it's not related to this situation. Or maybe it is, who knows.

Not running away from feelings means:

• not pretending everything is good when it’s not

• not spiraling into fatalism

• not abusing substances

• not blaming others or ourselves for what’s beyond our control

• not escaping life, but still meeting responsibilities and allowing gentle moments of care

It’s simply staying with yourself, exactly as you are.
No fixing. Just presence.

And sometimes, that’s the hardest thing of all.
