As a small country, Cambodia has always carried deep scars from our past. And now, we are once again being threatened. We are being invaded. And we do not deserve this. But even in the face of danger, I am proud. Proud of our soldiers. Proud of our people. While we sleep safely in our homes, our brave army is out there defending our borders — risking their lives so we can live ours. They are not just protecting land. They’re protecting our dignity, our future, our right to exist in peace.

To the Cambodian military: thank you. You are our shield. Our pride. Our heroes.

To Siam ចោសៀម: We are peaceful, but we are not to be messed with.

To everyone: this news is anxiety-inducing. It’s scary. Please stay informed and only trust real, verified sources. Now more than ever, we need to be a united front as Cambodians.

កម្ពុជាជាប្រទេសតូចតែបេះដូងធំ។ ប្រទេសដែលអាចងើបឡើងពីប្រវត្តិជូរជត់។ តែឥលូវនេះប្រទេសកម្ពុជាកំពុងតែត្រូវបានឈ្លានពានជិះជាន់ដោយចោរសៀម។
ប៉ុន្តែទោះបីជាយើងជួបគ្រោះ យើងនូវតែមានមោទនភាពចំពោះបងៗទាហានខ្មែរ និងមោទនភាពចំពោះជាតិខ្មែរ។ខណៈពេលដែលយើងអាចគេងស្ងប់ស្ងាត់នៅផ្ទះ ទាហានខ្មែររបស់យើងកំពុងស្ថិតនៅបន្ទាយជួរមុខ ដើម្បីការពារព្រំដែន បោះបង់ជីវិតដើម្បីឱ្យយើងបានរស់។ ពួកគាត់មិនត្រឹមតែការពារទឹកដីកម្ពុជាទេតែ ពួកគាត់កំពុងការពារតម្លៃ វប្បធម៌ និងសិទ្ធិសន្តិភាពក្នុងជីវិតរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងមូល។
ពណ៌មានទាំងនេះអាចបង្ករចលាចល ប៉ុន្តែសូមអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាគិតពិចារណា និងជឿលើព័ត៌មានដែលច្បាស់លាស់ មានប្រភពត្រឹមត្រូវ ជៀសវាងការ ចែកចាយពណ៌មានបំផុសបំផុល។
នៅពេលនេះជាពេលសំខាន់បំផុតសម្រាប់ការរួបរួមជាមួយគ្នាជាជាតិខ្មែរ

We urgently call on the United Nations and ASEAN to take action and bring justice for Cambodia. We deserve to live in peace.

រដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែន សូមផ្សព្វផ្សាយជូននូវឯកសារអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០០០ ស្តីពីការវាស់វែងនិងខណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោករវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលថៃ ( ហៅកាត់ថា MOU ឆ្នាំ 2000 ) ដែលជាឯកសារផ្លូវការធ្វើឡើងជាបីភាសា ដែលមានខ្លឹមសារទាំងស្រុងដូចខាងក្រោម។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនផងដែរថា MOU ឆ្នាំ 2000 នេះ ត្រូវបានតម្កល់នៅអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាសាធារណៈនៅក្នុងកម្រងសន្ធិសញ្ញារបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។

រដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែននឹងផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាវីដេអូឃ្លីបស្តីពីខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់ៗនៃ MOU ឆ្នាំ 2000នេះ។

The State Secretariat of Border Affairs would like to publish the Memorandum of Understanding on the Survey and Demarcation Work (MOU2000), signed on 14 June 2000 by the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Royal Government of Thailand, which is an official document, made in three languages, and has the full content as below.

It is also noted that this MoU 2000 has been deposited with the Secretariat-General of the
United Nations and has been published in the United Nations Treaty Series.

The State Secretariat of Border Affairs will publish a series of videos on the main contents of this MOU 2000.
