ក្មេងប្រុសអាយុ 19 ឆ្នាំម្នាក់ រងការត្អូញត្អែរថា ហើមម្រាមដៃខាងស្តាំ ក្រោយគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍។ គាត់​បាន​លេប​ថ្នាំ​បាន​១​ខែដើម្បីបន្ថយការឈឺចាប់ហើយ​មិន​បាន​ទៅ​រក​ការ​ព្យាបាល​សម្រាប់​ការ​ហើម​របស់​គាត់​ទេ។ យើងណែនាំគាត់ឱ្យធ្វើ X-Ray សម្រាប់ការវាយតម្លៃបន្ថែម ហើយបានរកឃើញថាមានការបាក់ស្នាមតូចហើយវាជាមូលហេតុនៃការហើមមិនស្រករបស់គាត់។

ឥឡូវ​គាត់​កំពុង​តំម្រង​ម្រាម​ដៃដោយប្រើ Splint ហើយ​នឹង​ត្រូវ​ព្យាបាលដោយចលនា​មន្ទីរសម្រាកព្យាបាលសុវណ្ណភូមិអេសវី។

អ្វី​ដែល​យើង​បាន​រៀន៖ ភាគច្រើននៃ​ការ​បាក់ឆ្អឹងមានសញ្ញាដូចជា៖ ហើម ក្រហម ឈឺ និង​ ក្តៅ

សូម​កុំ​ស្ទាក់ស្ទើរ​ក្នុង​ការ​ស្វែងរក​ការ​ព្យាបាល​ពី​ព្រោះ​អ្នក​អាច​នឹង​ខូច​ទ្រង់ទ្រាយ​ម្រាមដៃរបស់អ្នក​ប្រសិន​បើ​អ្នក​មក​យឺត។

A 19 year old boy with the chief complaint of right ring finger swelling post traffic accident. He took only medicines for 1 month and did not seek medical attention for his swelling. We recommend him to do X-Ray for further evaluation and found out that there was hairline fracture and it is the cause that his swelling did not subside.

Now he is on finger extension splint and will be rehabilitated at Sovannaphumi SV

What we learned: most suspect signs of fracture: swelling, redness, pain and warm

Please do not hesitate to seek medical attention because you might have deformed extremities if you’re late.

អ្នកជំងឺជនជាតិអាមេរិកអាយុ 62 ឆ្នាំម្នាក់ត្រូវបានធ្វើរោគវិនិច្ឆ័យថាមាន ជំងឺរើម នៅមន្ទីរសម្រាកព្យាបាលសុវណ្ណភូមិ អេសវី។ ក្រោយ​ព្យាបាល​បាន​៣​ថ្ងៃ គាត់​បាន​ទូរស័ព្ទ​មក​ប្រាប់​យើង​ថា​គាត់​ធូរស្រាល​ហើយ ។

អ្វី​ដែល​យើង​គួរយល់ដឹង៖ ការ​រក​ឃើញ​ទាន់​ពេល​នាំ​ឱ្យ​មាន​ការ​ព្យាបាល​ដែល​មាន​ប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។

A 62-year-old American patient was diagnosed with Varicella Zoster. After 3 days of treatment, he called back to tell us that he is better.

What we learned: early detection leads to effective treatment

អ្នកជំងឺ​ម្នាក់​មាន​ដំបៅ​មាត់​ដដែលៗ។ យើងសង្ស័យថា SCC ការធ្វើកោសល្យវិច័យត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនចេញ (លទ្ធផល៖ បញ្ជាក់ SCC) ហើយយើងបានពិនិត្យសុខភាពជាប្រចាំលើគាត់ ហើយបានរកឃើញថាមានសង្ស័យការរាលដាលដុំនៅសួតខាងស្តាំរបស់គាត់។ ដោយចង់ដឹងការរាលដាល​របស់ដុំនេះ និង ដោយ​មាន​ជំនួយ​ពី​មន្ទីរពេទ្យ Choray (Whole Body CT Scan + Enhancement) ​យើង​រក​ឃើញ metastasis ទៅ​សួត។ ពេលនេះអ្នកជំងឺកំពុងស្ថិតក្រោមការព្យាបាលដោយគីមីជាមួយមន្ទីរពេទ្យដៃគូរបស់យើង ❤️

ការពិនិត្យសុខភាពមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ សូមពិនិត្យសុខភាពរបស់អ្នកយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ម្តង ឬពីរដងក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ។

One patient came from a Hospital with recurrent Mouth Lesion. We suspect SCC, biopsy was sent out (result: Confirmed SCC) and we did routine health check up on him and found out that there is a consolidation lesion at his right lung. We rule out metastasis with the help of Choray Hospital (Whole Body CT Scan + Enhancement) and we detect metastasis to the lung. Now patient is under chemotherapy with our partnered hospital ❤️

Health Check Up is very important please do check your health at least once or twice per year
