ការប្រើប្រាស់សារធាតុពុលត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាមក្រោមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ យើងជាប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា សូមថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្កាចំពោះទង្វើដ៏គួរឲ្យស្អប់ខ្ពើមនេះ ហើយចាត់ទុកវាជាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាមពេញលេញ ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តដោយប្រទេសថៃប្រឆាំងនឹងកម្ពុជា។
