NCD 프로젝트 사업대상지역인 쿡로카 쌍캇의 2개 건강생활클럽에서 총 14명이 운동 후 종이타올/물티슈로 땀을 닦는 대신 크라마 사용하기(REDUCE)를 실천했습니다!

ពិនិត្យសុខភាពដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ!
ជាមួយគម្រោងទប់ស្កាត់ និងគ្រប់គ្រងជំងឺមិនឆ្លងដោយប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី mHealth នៅខណ្ឌព្រែកព្នៅ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយសមាគមលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាពកូរ៉េ។
ក្នុងគោលបំណងគឺដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយអត្រាប្រេវ៉ាឡង់នៃជំងឺមិនឆ្លង ក្នុងចំណោមប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពជីវិតតាមរយៈការ បង្ការនិងគ្រប់គ្រងជំងឺមិនឆ្លងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីសហគមន៍ (បង្កើតក្រុមហាត់ប្រាណ) និងតាមដានសុខភាពជាប្រចាំ។

The purpose of this project is to reduce the prevalence of NCD among residents and improve the quality of life by effectively preventing and managing non-communicable diseases (NCD) through community-based programs (Health Life Club operation) and
regular health monitoring.

Sangkat Prek Phnov: June 3-5 , 2024 at Prek Phnov Referral Hospital
Kork Roka Sangkat: June 5-7 at Kork Roka Sangkat seminal room.
Examination time is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For health examination.

On November 11, 2023, 18 active Healthy Life Club members from our project gathered to hold an NCD campaign to prevent and manage NCD(non-communicable diseases). The first part was held indoors, and the second part was held outdoors, where each team played ball games and a prize lottery event. In particular, every team practiced hard even before the campaign for this day's game.👏👏We hope that this day's memory will be the driving force for everyone who participated to stay healthy in the future. Then, have a healthy day today!🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Starting in October 2023, six new clubs have been created and operated in our NCD project. For the first time, we had an opportunity to greet our club members, briefly explain what NCDs are and how to use the mHealth app. Everyone, it's nice to meet us like this and let's work together for good health in the future😆🤝

On September 14th ~ 15th, 2023. NCD workshop was held in Battambang. Hosted by KOFIH(Korea Foundation for International Health Care), Heart to Heart Foundation and KAHP&JBNU attended. Three organizations carrying out NCD projects in Cambodia shared experiences. We also visited Sar Kheng Kamping Pouy Health Center, Bavel Referral Hospital to see health screening for residents & toured the facilities. The meeting of three organizations carrying out NCD projects in different regions and using different methods was a mutually beneficial time. Please support KOFIH, Heart to Heart, and KAHP&JBNU as they work to improve NCDs in Cambodia😊🙌

During the 14th to 25th August, We provided education on NCD to PE/VHSG of our project. In particular, PE/VHSG who will run 6 newly added health life clubs, also participated in the training. And since this training period is long, we were able to learn various contents study hypertension and diabetes, which account for a large proportion of non-infectious diseases. We also had opportunities to share health lifestyle, diet control, how to use the mHealth app, the experiences of existing PE/VHSGs, and practice(the right way to measure blood pressure/blood sugar). We hope this training will help you with your future PE/VHSG activities. Thank you for participating💪😉💕
