A thought from me as a woman:
A man posted this picture with a caption about sexual harassment, comparing it to the border clashes between Cambodia and Thailand. It’s not funny at all.
This becomes a humorous story because this person doesn’t understand the pain and human rights: it is painful for girls and women who have scars and nightmares, repeatedly reliving what men did to them.
He might think that remaining silent because a woman is following a man and wants the man to stay is acceptable. This belief is common among men but not among women because such men will never understand, even if they have studied at school or hold a PhD.
Anyway, he looks down on Cambodia. Cambodia doesn’t stay silent. Our government follows international laws and ceasefire agreements. Although Cambodia possesses weapons, they will only be used in compliance with suppliers.
So, you had better remain silent if you are loud without ethics, dignity, or professionalism.
