Client Spotlight: Henry

Henry joined LLFitness after feeling stuck in his training. His weight and muscle mass had plateaued, while his body fat continued to rise — a sign that his approach needed adjustment. Looking for clearer direction, he turned to personal training to better align his workouts with his goals.

Working with Coach Yo, Henry corrected key mistakes, gained a better understanding of his body, and rebuilt his training approach. This led to renewed progress and new personal records for squats, bench press, and deadlifts.

Beyond performance, training became about longevity. As Henry steps into marriage and family life, his focus is now on building sustainable habits and routines that support strength for the long term.

• 2–3 January 2026 – No group classes. Personal Training subject to trainer availability.

Meet the Team: Molly van Leusden

Pilates Instructor

With over 20 years of experience across group fitness, personal training, TRX, Pilates, and even football and swimming coaching, Molly has always believed in the power of movement and activity.

Sports have always been her outlet: a way to focus, build confidence, and feel part of a team. After multiple injuries and surgeries throughout her life, Pilates became her path to rehabilitation, and eventually, her passion.

Today, Molly strives to teach with intention. She helps you understand the why behind every movement, so you can reconnect with your body, build strength safely, and move with purpose. To use your body as a tool for strength and lifelong movement.
