The event began with a heartfelt commemoration of fallen soldiers and victims of the recent border conflict, uniting all in the singing of the Cambodia flag song.

A key highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Chenla University, fostering mutual training in first aid and home nursing, and boosting student membership. The milestone occasion was graciously presided over by HRH Prince Tesso Sisowath and strongly supported by Ms. Alicia Lim, Chairwoman and President, celebrating a decade of service, leadership, unity, and humanitarian commitment.

The night concluded with Christmas songs, a hopeful wish for peace in Cambodia, and joyous companionship and fellowship in the holiday spirit.
