អង្គការផ្តល់នូវក្តីសង្ឃឹម កម្ពុជា សូមគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ដល់លោកស្រី. សុខ វណ្ណសិកា នាយិការអង្គការ រក្សាកុមារ ដែលបានឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ និងសូមគោរពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ដល់លោក. សារិន ចាន់ នាយកវិទ្យាល័យអប់រំពិសេសក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ព្រមទាំងលោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ បានផ្តល់ឱកាស និងជួយសម្របសម្រួល ដល់គ្រូពេទ្យ ដើម្បីរៀបចំទិវាស្តាប់ឮ កម្ពុជា តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីពិនិត្យ-ព្យាបាលជំងឺ ត្រចៀក ច្រមុះ បំពង់ក និងបំពាក់ឧបករណ៍ជំនួយសម្លេង មិនគិតកម្រៃ ជូនសិស្សានុសិស្សអូទីស្សឹម និងពិការសតិបញ្ញា ចំនួន ៣៣០ នាក់ នៅថ្ងៃ អង្គារ៍ ទី ០៣ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅវិទ្យាល័យអប់រំពិសេសក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ស្ថិតនៅក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្តាល, យើងខ្ញុំក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យ និងសិស្សានុសិស្សមានពិការភាព ព្រមទាំងគ្រូ សូមប្រសិទ្ធិពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល ដល់លោកស្រី ក្រុមគ្រួសារ ញាត្តិសន្តាន និងបុគ្គលិក ជួបតែពុទ្ធពរទាំង ៤ ប្រការគឺ អាយុ វណ្ណៈ សុខៈ និងពលៈ កុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ។
