OPTOMETRIC SOCIETY OF CAMBODIA Optometrist Society of Cambodia(OSC)is a non profit organisation founded by a group of optometrist and refractionist profession in 2008.

MISSION
To provide services and opportunities to facilitate the equal participation of people with uncorrected refractive errors or visual impairment in Cambodia. VISION
To enable our clients to develop their maximum potential and participate equally in all facets of life through the provision of quality services, the use of appropriate adaptive technologies and equipment, and meeting of their nee

ds on an individual basis. To promote equal opportunities and raise the community’s awareness of the needs and potential of people with visual impairment. To equip our staff with the latest knowledge and skills in the provision of services, and to encourage creativity, innovativeness and interdisciplinary cooperation. To maintain close liaison with Government and Non-Governmental organisations, both in Cambodia and overseas in order to ensure cooperation among agencies, the introduction and development of optometry services to efficient deployment of resources.
