During that decade Mr. Laing Ly and his wife was a small family retailer for pharmaceutical products only. Laing Ly tried to work hard and persuaded other retailers for cooperating to establish a private import-export company named: "MEDICAL SUPPLY Co., LTD." called "MS", that he is a general director. The mission of MS is by importing products from overseas as like as France, Australia, Spain, It

aly, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and many more. The purpose is selling and distributing throughout Cambodia. By vision and spiration the builder and entrepreneur, Laing Ly, to coincide with the change of economy, society, politics,... MS has decided to plan for construction of a new pharmaceutical production factory. TBy January 1998 through the end of year 1999 were under official construction. In January 2000, the construction was successful completed with a four floors building in 2800 meter square area and equipped by modern tools, equipments and machineries for serving to the production line in which imported from developed countries. Most of raw materials have been supplied from overseas such as Spain, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Singapore and others. Since starting to the third new millennium of year 2000, MS manufacturing starts to officially produce its items under named: "Medical Supply Pharmaceutical Enterprise", by Mr. Laing Ly as entrepreneur and leader. Historic event for MS company was the substitution of previous old logo by a new logo MS and rounded by oval shape. The reason for a new logo is:
- For a common logo,
- For easy to print on our products,
- For increasing image of customers and users,
- For uniformity of logo between factory and company. Presently, MS factory produces more than two hundred items as finished products and distributes them to everywhere and regions in Cambodia in order to increase standard of living and welfare of Cambodians.
