Ever experienced taking breakfast with fishes in the pond. This is what I do everyday. My social connectedness is not confined to just human. My Empurau, Koi, 3 dogs and a cat are all my great companions of my life. Interaction with them gives me a sense of presence, camaraderie, connectedness,happiness and Love. I am sure this induces spurting of oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine in our brain. It certainly de-stresses and lowers our Blood Pressure. Try it yourself. Don’t miss the ZEST of life!
