ចាប់តាំងពីខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤មក អង្គការសុខភាពិភពលោកបានណែនាំអោយប្រទេសដែលមានជំងឺគ្រុនឈាមច្រើន ប្រើវ៉ាក់សាំង Tak-003 (QDenga) លើក្រុមកុមារមានអាយុចាប់ពី ៦ ដល់១៦ឆ្នាំ។

ចាប់តាំងពីពេលនោះមក ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាលកម្ពុជា មិនទាន់បានចេញសេចក្ដីណែនាំណាមួយទាក់ទងនិងវ៉ាក់សាំងនេះទេ។

គិតត្រឹមខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មានប្រទេសចំនួន ៤០ហើយ (រូមទាំងអ្នកនៅជិតខាងយើងផង) បានអនុញ្ញាតអោយប្រើប្រាស់វ៉ាក់សាំងនេះ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសគេ។

Round Pneumonia

ក្មេងប្រុស៤ឆ្នាំម្នាក់ត្រូវបាននាំមកបន្ទប់សង្គ្រោះបន្ទាន់ ដោយសារមានអាការះក្ដៅខ្លួន និងក្អកស្ងួតរយះពេល៣ថ្ងៃមកហើយ។ គ្រូពេទ្យពិនិត្យឃើញមាន កាថយចុះសំលេងខ្យល់ចូលសួតខាងឆ្វេង និងមានអាការះហត់។ ការពិនិត្យឈាមឃើញមានគ្រាប់ឈាមសឡើង និងរូបថតអ៊ិចរេសួតឃើញមាន round opacity (ដូចក្នុងរូប)។

បន្ទាប់ពីដាក់អោយសម្រាកពេទ្យ កុមារនេះបានវិវត្តទៅមានទឹកដក់ក្នុងស្រោមសួត និងបន្តមានក្ដៅខ្លួន។ ការធ្វើតេស្តរកមេរោគផ្លូវដង្ហើម (PCR) បានរកឃើញមេរោគ adenovirus និង Mycoplasma pneumoniae.

កុមារនេះបានជាសះស្បើយបន្ទាប់ពីការព្យាបាលដោយថ្នាំសំលាប់មេរោគ និងត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតអោយចេញទៅផ្ទះ។

Cutaneous Leishmaniasis

កុមារអាយុរ៣ឆ្នាំ មានកើតកន្ទួល (មិនឈឺទេ) លើស្បែករយះពេល ៦អាទិត្យមកហើយ(ដូចរូបខាងក្រោម)។ វាចាប់ផ្ដើមជាកន្ទួលរមាស់ដោយសារសត្វខាំនៅលើជើង បន្ទាប់មកវាបានក្លាយជាតំបៅ។
គ្រូពេទ្យបានពិនិត្យឃើញថាមានបន្ទះតំបៅ ដោយមានគែមចេញក្រៅ និងកន្ទួលជុំវិញនោះ នៅលើជើងឆ្វេង គូថ និងខ្នងរបស់អ្នកជំងឺ។

លទ្ធផលច្រឹបសាច់ទៅពិនិត្យបានបង្ហាញថាមាន lymphohistiocytic infiltration និងលទ្ធផលPCR បានបង្ហាញថាមានមេរោគ Leishmania guyanensis។ ក្រោយពីការព្យាបាលជាមួយនិង miltefosine រយះពេល ២៨ថ្ងៃមក ស្បែករបស់គាត់បានជាសះស្បើយ។

ជំងឺ cutaneous leishmaniasis បង្ករឡើងដោយ ប៉ារ៉ាស៊ីត ដោយឆ្លងតាមរយះសត្វមូសខាំ (phlebotomine sandfly)
