Transliteration:
“Chale vāte calaṃ cittaṃ niścalaṃ niścalaṃ bhavet;
yogī sthāṇulyam āpnoti tato vāyu nirodhayet.”
Translation:
“When the breath is unsteady, the mind becomes unsteady;
when the breath is still, the mind becomes still.
A yogi attains steadiness;
therefore he should restrain the breath”
🧘♀️ This ancient teaching from Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā reminds us: calm the breath, and the mind will follow.
