Headline: New Month, New Energy: Welcome Svyat! β¨
Get ready to level up your practice this March. We are excited to introduce Svyat, a teacher dedicated to the "Art of the System."
Svyat will be leading a variety of sessions to fit your life:
β’ Vinyasa Flow (Tue/Fri 08:30)
β’ Hatha Flow (Sat 10:00)
β’ Evening Flow (Thu/Sun 18:00)
Letβs get to know each other
My name is Svyat (if itβs hard to pronounce, you can call me Simon).
At almost 32, I decided to fully dedicate myself to creativity β to do what truly brings me joy and to give others the opportunity to experience it as well.
Yoga came into my life, like for many people, because of a sedentary job and lower back pain. I wasnβt flexible at all β I could barely touch the floor with my fingers. Yoga also helped me let go of unhealthy habits that had been part of my life for 17 years.
All the results you see in my reels are the outcome of just two years of practice β no more than 40 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
Why donβt most people get similar results?
I believe the answer is simple: only a system brings results.
Any business becomes profitable with a system.
Knowledge stays with us through repetition.
Exercise brings progress through consistency.
Out of the eight limbs of yoga, I mainly work on the mat with two β asana and pranayama.
In Hatha Yoga, there are more than 5,000 asanas, and I choose only those that are safe for my European body structure and bring the fastest, most sustainable results.
By developing strength, flexibility, and endurance, I gain a completely new level of physical control β and with it, mental and emotional control as well.
When you come to my practice, youβll experience a complete system:
β’ Gentle body activation
β’ Breathing techniques
β’ Structured core practice
β’ A pleasant finish with relaxation and meditation
And most importantly β it all takes no more than 60 minutes.
