Carissimi, una piccola news… 🌿 I’m opening the doors for a new retreat in Tuscany, a few days of Yoga, breath and quiet hills. New seasommm… TikTak! ☀️

📅 28 May – 1 June 2026
📅 1–5 October 2026

Small group, simple practice, deep presence. Meditation, Hatha, pranayama, some philosophy, a bit of silence… and a lot of good energy.

More details soon, program, schedule, everything.

CHE BEI MOMENTI! CHE ESPERIENZA!☀️🌿

This year we organized a retreat in Tuscany. The days were filled with laughter, shared meals, inspiring yoga sessions, and unforgettable moments together.

The group was amazing, kind, open, and fully present. I’m looking forward to doing it again next year 🍋🌸
