ជាលទ្ធផល ក្រុមការងារគម្រោង និងសមាជិកគណៈកម្មការ បានបទបង្ហាញនូវ សមិទ្ធិផលសំខាន់ៗ បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងមេរៀនដែលទទួលបានពីការអនុវត្ត “ គម្រោងវិធានការសំណងក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ” (ផ្តោតលើអំពើហិង្សាផ្លូវភេទដែលទាក់ទងនឹងជម្លោះ ឬ CRSV អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិត ក្នុងដំណាក់កាលទី១ – ការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិត)។ ក្រុមការងារ ក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត និងរៀបចំផែនការ សម្រាប់ដំណាក់កាលទីពីរនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោងនាពេលខាងមុខ។ ជាក់ស្តែង ក្រុមការងារបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងក្នុងការអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពគម្រោង ហើយដូច្នេះ សកម្មភាពដែលបានគ្រោងទុកភាគច្រើនត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ដោយអនុលោមតាមវិធីសាស្រ្តនៃការបង្កើតរួមគ្នា។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោង ក៏មានឱកាសធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ច និងជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីហិង្សាផ្លូវភេទមួយចំនួន ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីការទទួលព័ត៌មានគម្រោង និងការចូលរួមរបស់ពួកគាត ដោយមានការសម្របសម្រួលពីក្រុមការងារមូលដ្ឋាន។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា “ គម្រោងវិធានការសំណងក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ – ដំណាក់កាលទី ១ ការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិត)” បាន និងកំពុងអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការក្តីករុណា អង្គការធីភីអូ និង មូលនិធិអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតសកល។

Kampot Province (June 30 – July 2, 2025): A total of 38 project team members, including the Project Coordinator team, case managers, psychologists, local facilitators from Kdei Karuna Organization and TPO Cambodia, Project Steering Committee (SC) members, and program staff representing the Global Survivors Fund, actively participated in the End-of-Phase Evaluation and Planning Workshop. This workshop was organized in Kampot province from June 30 to July 2, 2025.
As a result, the project team and SC members presented the key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the implementation of "Interim Reparative Measures in Cambodia" (focusing on conflict-related sexual violence, or CRSV, survivors during Phase 1 – survivor identification). They also discussed the strategic plans and prepared for the second phase of project implementation. For instance, the team put significant effort into carrying out the project activities, and thus most planned activities were completed in accordance with the co-creation approach. During this multi-day event, the coordination team also had opportunities to conduct some field visits to learn about survivors' reception of project information and their participation, with facilitation from the local team.
Please note that "The Interim Reparative Measures (IRM) – Survivors Identification Phase 1" has been implemented by Kdei Karuna Organization, TPO Cambodia, and the Global Survivors Fund.

🤩This Tuesday, Krousar Thmey had the opportunity of working with Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO Cambodia) in creating a workshop focusing on strengthening the development of adolescents located in Khpob Veng High School, Ta Khmau city​​. We had about 15 students who participated in the workshop.
The goal of this workshop is to teach adolescents how to self soothe, learn how to appreciate oneself as well as strengthen their self esteem and confidence. Good mental health is extremely beneficial in developing adolescents. 👏
🙏Huge thanks to TPO and our Krousar Thmey staff as well as the local authorities for making this possible!

Starting from Takeo, then moving through Battambang and Kampong Cham, we proudly concluded our Pride Across District 2025 journey in Preah Sihanouk — filled with pride and hope.
Throughout the Pride Across District journey, we celebrated Pride Month, embraced the diversity of love, promoted inclusion, stood against stigma and discrimination, and supported the mental well-being of the LGBTQ+ community in Cambodia. We hope that the LGBTQ+ community continues to receive growing support from families, society, and local authorities.
🙏 We sincerely thank the National AIDS Authority (NAA), the local authorities in all four provinces, and our partner NGOs for their support and participation in this mission. Special thanks as well to the Ambassade de France au Cambodge for funding support, and to TPO Cambodia, សម្លេងយុវជនចម្រុះ, and Cambodia LGBT Community for co-organizing these events with us.
