Kill the Caribbean heat with home made cold faluda (falooda)(Indian dessert)

A falooda is a Mughlai cuisine version of a cold dessert made with noodles. It has origins in the Persian dish faloodeh, variants of which are found across West, Central, and South Asia.Traditionally it is made by mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, and sweet basil seeds with milk, often served with ice cream.😋😋😋

GUJIYA SWEET deep-fried dumpling, native to the Indian subcontinent, made with suji or maida stuffed with a mixture of sweetened khoa and dried fruits, and fried in ghee.

This is a Sindhi sweet traditionally made during the Holi Festival called giyar ( big jalebi )made with maida , fried in ghee and dipped in sugar syrup 😋
