Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of men everywhere. At 3C's Counseling Services, we want to take this opportunity to highlight the importance of mental health and well-being.

To all the men out there: Your mental health matters. It's okay to seek help, to talk about your feelings, and to take time for self-care. Remember, asking for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let's break the stigma around men's mental health together. Reach out to a friend, a family member, or a professional if you need to talk. We're here for you.

FREE movie night!!! It's a family affair.

The movie A BEAUTIFUL MIND is a success story against all odds, a gripping narrative of mental illness. The movie stared by Russell Crowe depicts a journey through life with schizophrenia.

This is our final awareness activity for Mental Health Awareness Month.
