Breakfast
Started the day with Nutrimeal and Probiotic-( smoothie ) and a daily dose of supplements to replenish my cells.

Nutrimeal thus has been the best protein powder I've tasted- rich creamy, smooth and not sweet.

Mid morning Snack 2 boil eggs

Lunch supplements and quinoa with veg, oh soo delicious šŸ˜‹

We're at the end of 2021.. I spend some of this year being pregnant and then the rest mothering a new born plus a now 5 year old which has been challenging.

I've put my exercise journey on hold while figuring out my way forward but I'm ready to get back in the saddle and just ride my way to recovery.

Saturday hike with some members in my fitness group visited ā€˜The Holeā€™

Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation' ultimately shot a scene at ā€œThe holeā€
For many years after this sight was used as an Tourist attraction.
I also recall a few years ago running this trail at mornings before I go to work for 8:00am and one morning.
So to our surprise today it has been overgrown and the access road is barely there. Nevertheless it was a great adventure
